DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION OVERVIEW: 
The primary responsibility of the Strategic Sourcing &amp; OTC (Over-the-Counter) Materials Analyst is to manage vendor deal registration processes for large commercial projects and facilitate over-the-counter materials sales to external customers. This role serves as the key liaison between Tech Electronics and vendors/distributors to secure competitive pricing on fire, security, and AV system components for commercial building projects, while also supporting direct materials sales to contractors and other industry professionals.
 
What You'll Do as A Strategic Sourcing &amp; OTC Materials Analyst
· Deal Registration Management: Register large commercial project bids with appropriate vendors and distributors to secure competitive pricing and support bid success rates.
· Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key vendors of fire, security, and AV system components to maximize deal registration opportunities and pricing advantages.
· OTC Materials Sales: Process and fulfill over-the-counter materials sales requests from external customers via telephone, email, walk-in, and online channels.
· Quote Procurement: Obtain competitive pricing quotes from vendors for project bids, ensuring timely submission to support the bidding process and securing favorable terms for awarded projects.
· Project Fulfillment: Upon project award, execute procurement using previously obtained vendor quotes to ensure seamless transition from bid to project delivery.

As a Junior FOIA Analyst, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our government clients by ensuring accurate and timely responses to FOIA inquiries.

The Position: We’re looking for a research data analyst to join a growing team of physicians, biostatisticians, bioinformaticians, pharmacists and analysts on a large study of the many risk factors and complications of diabetes using the national Veteran Health Administration (VHA) linked electronic health records (EHR). A key focus will be studying risk factors for obesity and diabetes related vascular disease and the use and benefits of continuous glucose monitoring data (CGM) in this national health care system. 
You will generate and manage datasets from the VHA linked EHR relational database (known as CDW), including demographic, pharmacy, laboratory, and medical diagnostic databases. You will conduct standard database management and statistical analysis with SQL and either SAS or R and utilize machine learning approaches where appropriate. Assistance with data interpretation and more sophisticated analyses will be provided. 
The pay range for the full-time position is $55,000-$77,000 per year (based on experience and education). This position is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a Phoenix VA WOC (Without Compensation) appointment. This may take 2-4 months to get approval/ clearance.
