Work Environment
These are remote opportunities, and candidates must live within 60 miles of Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA, to be considered. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for our members around the world at any time. We believe in work-life balance and offer flexible shifts to accommodate your personal or family life. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are to be taken as scheduled. Most shifts are flexible within a one-hour window, and you will need to be available for 9.5 hours to account for this variation. The Clinical staff (CMA, General Clinic CST, or LPN I) are multi-skilled health professionals who work interdependently with other healthcare professionals to provide quality healthcare to the patient. They are trained to perform both administrative and clinical skills. The goal of the clinical staff is to optimize outcomes and improve the quality of life for patients through efficient, cost effective care.
