We are seeking a collector to handle outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner, negotiate, and arrange payment solutions with consumers; maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.&nbsp; Salary commensurate with experience. As a Collections Team member, you’ll coordinate the activities of collecting delinquent payments for auto loan accounts from customers. The main function of a collector is to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment. A typical collector is responsible for receiving payment, preparing statements to the credit department if the customer doesn’t respond, and keeping records of collection

The role provides paid onsite training for three weeks including weekly pay and monthly bonuses. The start date for the role is 10/27/2025. The pay rate is $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience, with potential for uncapped bonuse.
 
The office is located at 2300 Litton Lane Hebron, KY and the role is fully onsite for the first 90 days of employment with potential flexibility after. The schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends. Business hours run from 8 AM - 7 PM.
