Zwicker &amp; Associates is currently seeking Debt Collectors to join our team. Several openings are available. The role provides paid onsite training for three weeks including weekly pay and monthly bonuses. The start date for the role is 11/3/2025. The pay rate is $17.00-$18.00 per hour plus applicable bonus, depending on relevant experience, with uncapped bonus potential.
 
The office is located at 14055 Riveredge Dr., Suite 400 Tampa, FL 33637 and the role is fully onsite for the first 90 days of employment with potential flexibility after. The schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends. Business hours run from 8 AM - 7 PM.

Responsibilities of Debt Collectors
<ul>
<li>Establish contact with borrowers to discuss delinquencies and ability/willingness to pay and to identify the appropriate repayment programs/options available to them.</li>
<li>Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and card member’s information into computer system</li>
<li>Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.</li>
<li>Comply with policies and procedures of Zwicker &amp; Associates, P.C.</li>
<li>Comply with FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

As a Collections Team member, you’ll coordinate the activities of collecting delinquent payments for auto loan accounts from customers. The main function of a collector is to locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment. A typical collector is responsible for receiving payment, preparing statements to the credit department if the customer doesn’t respond, and keeping records of collection
