We are seeking an experienced call center supervisor to join our 211 Palm Beach Treasure Coast team. 211PBTC a dedicated and passionate agency committed to improving lives through crisis intervention and by connecting people to health, mental health, and wellness services 24 hours a day every day, seven days a week. The resource center supervisor provides direct supervision and support to assigned Resource Center staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services within the 211 Resource Center. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, assisting with shift scheduling, evaluating productivity, and reviewing call handling for compliance with agency standards. Offer ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance support to team members. This role requires broad availability and flexibility to effectively meet operational needs and uphold the agency's mission
This position supports a 24/7, 365-day operation, and schedule flexibility is essential. Initial training and onboarding-typically lasting 60–90 days-will occur during daytime or varied hours based on operational and training needs. Regular shift assignments will be determined following successful completion of training and may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Foster a high-performing, supportive team environment within the Resource Center that emphasizes quality service, compliance, and staff well-being.
Supervise and support assigned team members, including monitoring performance, reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness, addressing challenging calls, and providing debriefing and self-care support following crisis interventions.
Ensure consistent call center coverage and response to crisis lines by monitoring call volume and coordinating staffing, including managing callouts and scheduling shifts.
Assist with the onboarding process for new staff, including training, coaching and support.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations to address attendance, productivity, quality assurance, and professional development.
Enforce agency policies through progressive discipline and corrective actions in collaboration with management.
Provide direct and indirect 211 service coverage by handling crisis and information/referral calls as needed, including jumping into the call queue during periods of high volume or when specialists require support. Responsibilities include client assessment, crisis de-escalation, and appropriate resource linkage using the agency's database. Completion of required training is mandatory.
Maintain awareness of agency goals, KPIs, and contract deliverables to ensure compliance.
Attend mandated monthly staff meetings as well as department meetings and participates in required in-services, training sessions and conferences when appropriate to job responsibilities maintaining all annual training requirements.
Participate in on-call supervisory rotation and provide support to center due to unscheduled absences.
Responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma required. Associates degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and 2 years call center experience required.</li>
<li>Experience in a crisis intervention setting, such as a crisis center or related role preferred. This may include direct crisis response work, formal education or training in crisis theory or suicidology, or a combination of equivalent experience and education.</li>
<li>Familiarity with community resources preferred. </li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Preferred.</li>

Our Contact Center Sales Supervisor will primarily be responsible for leading an assigned Sales Team to achieve/exceed department new business sales and existing business retention targets. You will lead your team to success by mentoring, coaching, and motivating your direct reports in achievement of high-performance in all department KPIs.
 
Job Responsibilities: 
The Contact Center Sales Supervisor will manage/oversee all aspects and daily duties of their assigned team of insurance sales agents; the number of team members can vary from eight to fifteen employees in a team. This includes assisting all team members as necessary and ensuring each have the necessary tools for success. Job Responsibilities &amp; Job Functions to include but not limited to:

<li>Full understanding of the organizations business strategy, product offerings, services, procedures, and guidelines to ensure proper mentoring of staff- be recognized as the Subject Matter Expert.</li>
<li>Drive their respective team in achievement of all sales, service, retention, business quality targets (Department KPIs) including driving agent achievement of individual targets.</li>
<li>Answer questions from staff and provide guidance/feedback to achieve optimum results/customer experience.</li>
<li>Mentor, and coach sales agents to maximize productivity and production; Write the policy Right, ensure agents are offering appropriate coverage for the represented risk and writing the policy in full Compliance of organization processes.</li>
<li>Full engagement of assigned team/department to help in employee retention; understand needs of every employee and provide necessary support/training/guidance to maximize their potential, celebrate employees success and properly manage all employee inadequacies.</li>
<li>Ensure agents understand and comply with contact center objectives, performance standards, and policies.</li>
<li>Understand agent sales techniques and quality of the business they are writing through Call Monitoring; achieve established department call recording observation targets to help lower performing agents improve production and/or quickly identify potential issues.</li>
<li>Monitor key metrics and identifying process improvements.</li>
<li>Keep up with industry trends and ensure department compliance.</li>
<li>Provide weekend support, once a month, to both Contact Center and Point of Sales team member (Manager on Duty rotation).</li>
<li>Prepare and manage Contact Center Staffing Schedules, breaks, and ensuring proper coverage.</li>
<li>Identify Agent training needs/opportunities and work with Learning Architect to design relevant training content and curriculum.</li>
<li>Facilitate team meetings and present team scorecard to upper management.</li>

Required Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>P&amp;C Insurance experience required 5 years minimum in sales agent role; 2 years minimum in a call center environment.</li>
<li>TIMS Insurance sales experience: 1 year minimum; 2 years preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual (Plus). </li>
<li>Prior leadership role experience preferred; mentorship or lead capacity roles included.</li>
<li>Must hold an active insurance license in home state and some non-residential licenses across the nation.</li>

Supervisor Candidates preferred experience is 2–5 years of utility customer support experience, strong communication and data entry skills, and be tech-savvy.
