Responsibilities

Job Details
 Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment such as: Meat grinders, labelers, scale units, printers, grinders, mixers, Reiser equipment, and/or Multivac systems. Conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues. Complete equipment changeovers, calibrations, and adjustments to meet production requirements. Repair or replace components such as bearings, belts, rollers, valves, sensors, and VFD-related parts. Support production operators in identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed maintenance records in alignment with USDA, GMP, HACCP, and internal standards. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times. Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment required. Strong proficiency with slicers, Multivac systems, grinders, mixers, and other related machinery. Solid knowledge of mechanical systems; basic PLC/VFD troubleshooting is a plus. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and high-speed conveyors. Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
