The Level II MWHC nurse demonstrates the ability to collaborate with the healthcare team to improve the quality of care in the designated clinical area by incorporating research and implementing evidenced-based knowledge into practice. The Level II Competent Registered Nurse assumes the accountability and responsibility as a professional nurse for providing total, comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered care for an assigned group of patients. The RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Direct and coordinate nursing care, including oversight of licensed and unlicensed personnel in any assigned or delegated tasks using the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork to achieve desired patient outcomes.</li>
<li>Coordinate involvement of the patient, family and health team members in patient care, including patient/family teaching and discharge planning.</li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate the plan of care and other pertinent information to/from other health care team members.</li>
<li>Assist Leadership to define standards of excellence for patient care; participate in improvement of patient care services.</li>
<li>Participate in, contribute to and integrate performance improvement into care delivery and participate in quality improvement activities.</li>
<li>Participate in orientation of new permanent and temporary staff members.</li>
<li>Act as point of contact on hospital and departmental policies and procedures to nurses and other health team members.</li>
<li>Participate in daily operational activities necessary for safe patient/staff environment.</li>

<li>Participate in unit, departmental and hospital committees for formulation of nursing and hospital policies and procedures.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years LDRP for LDRP roles.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years M/B or LD/LDRP for Post-Partum roles only.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years NICU for ILN roles only.</li>
<li>Valid RN License from Virginia or reciprocal compact state required.</li>
<li>BSN is preferred.</li>
<li>AHA BLS Provider CPR required at hire</li>
<li>AHA ACLS Provider required within 6 months</li>
<li>NRP required within 6 months</li>
<li>NIHSS (Bluecloud) required within 90&nbsp;days</li>

Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Team Lead to oversee a small instructional design team delivering mission-critical training for a federal customer. You will align scope, schedule, and quality with agency goals, manage risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across the training portfolio. Work is primarily on-site; U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead day-to-day project execution; maintain plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.</li>
<li>Ensure deliverables meet standards and acceptance criteria; coordinate reviews and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Mentor/coach ISDs; balance workload; drive process consistency and documentation quality.</li>
<li>Interface with government leads/COR on priorities, reporting, and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Support status reporting and governance artifacts; identify and implement process improvements.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Active Secret security clearance.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years leadership experience (program/project/team lead) in training or technical environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to manage scope/schedule/quality and lead cross-functional teams in federal settings.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management, briefing, and issue-resolution skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ISD/ADDIE lifecycle and evaluation practices.</li>
</ul>
Desired Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience leading technical teams or overseeing design of technical coursework.</li>
<li>PMP, PgMP, or equivalent leadership certification.</li>
<li>Experience with federal law enforcement or IC customer environments.</li>
