THE ROLE
We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in The Greater Boston Area. You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Area Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot. 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

<li>Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;</li>
<li>Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing need;</li>
<li>Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;</li>
<li>Booking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services;</li>
<li>Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly;</li>
<li>Preparing and cleaning our campervans;</li>
<li>Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers..</li>

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

<li>You are a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car being desirable;</li>
<li>You have great communication skills and aptitude for direct contact with customers;</li>

<li>You're available to work weekends and national holidays;</li>
