Responsibilities &amp; Duties
Performs nursing assessment and evaluation under Restore Cryotherapy's medical and nursing protocols:&nbsp;
<ol>
<li>Administers two primary nursing services; intravenous therapy and intramuscular injections using the prescribed formula and array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Mild hyperbaric oxygen treatments.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administers skin testing as well as transdermal immunotherapy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Uses electronic medical records to document client visits and therapies received.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Under the provider's and nursing director's supervision, addresses and answers client questions using the Nursing Reference Guide and communicates to the nursing team any issues or adverse events.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Exhibits use of therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and teamwork in all aspects of work.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintains a level of knowledge conducive to providing high quality, competitive and kind nursing care.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assists staff with other store services.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Opportunity to participate in off-site nursing events and special projects. Participates in periodical and mandatory nursing evaluations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other related functions as assigned.&nbsp;</li>

Skills &amp; Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). One year of experience administering injections.&nbsp; Experience and a high comfort level with using a computer to document. Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.&nbsp; &nbsp;

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to staff, patients, and/or visitors at a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, alarms, and/or access concerns.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.</li>
<li>Monitor access points and help to confirm authorized entry through badge checks, visitor verification, and/or sign-in procedures per site policy.</li>
<li>Complete routine rounds to observe doors, gates, loading areas, stairwells, and other sensitive areas for unusual conditions and/or policy concerns.</li>
<li>Document security-related activity, incidents, and patrol observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and promptly communicate concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.</li>
<li>Provide directions and general assistance to visitors, including guidance to departments, check-in areas, and/or designated waiting areas, while following site-specific visitor protocols.</li>
<li>Operate site communication equipment such as radios, phones, and/or intercoms to coordinate response and relay information to appropriate contacts.</li>
<li>Support emergency procedures such as evacuations, fire responses, and/or severe weather protocols as directed by site policy and Allied Universal guidance.</li>
<li>Participate in required briefings and trainings, follow post orders, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns through the appropriate channels.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Have 1+ years of security experience.</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification preferred.</li>
<li>Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.</li>
<li>Access control/badge experience preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>

Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Provide direct patient care within the scope of licensure including&nbsp;patient assessment, administration of vaccinations, medications, and treatments.</li>
<li>Provide patient education.</li>
<li>Facilitate coordination of patient care outside the organization by activities including medication management, review of diagnostic test results, and follow up on outside services provided (i.e. ER visits, consults).</li>
<li>Perform POC testing.</li>
<li>Modify patient care as age appropriate.</li>
<li>Triage (in person or via telephone) patients who present with acute symptoms.</li>
<li>Provide nursing-centered services through nursing visits, chronic disease visits and family planning visits.</li>
<li>Please note this position may require evening shifts (until 7 PM) on a rotating basis.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Massachusetts LPN License.</li>
<li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.</li>
</ul>
