Job DescriptionNSCS is looking for Outreach Workers to join our Community Supports Program! The Outreach Worker provides intensive case management services to adults and children with mental health and substance abuse issues who are considered to be at risk in the community. Services may include coordination of treatment, outreach and advocacy, assistance with basic needs, skill building and facilitating linkage to other community based and natural support systems. The person in this position meets with clients in the community, some remote work to complete documentation is offered, and in person team meetings are required. We are offering a $5,000 language differential for this position (Bilingual Spanish) Full-time position 36 hours Monday - Friday. 
What You’ll Do:

<li>Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing contact and support.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between service providers, community and the client while providing comprehensive initial assessment of need areas for all clients referred.</li>

The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides direct emergency psychiatric clinical services to youth and their families and coordination/consultation to other care providers also involved, in collaboration with other emergency services staff. The Mobile Crisis Clinician provides prescreening evaluations for information and communicates ongoing needs of youth and families back to the emergency services team to coordinate and execute follow-up. 
This is a mobile position, with the expectation of some on-site shifts and on-site response.

What you'll do:

Overview
The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs including public TTS API, internal APIs like Payment, Subscription, Auth and Consumption Tracking, ensuring they meet business and scalability requirements</li>
<li>Oversee the full backend API landscape, enhancing and optimizing for performance and maintainability</li>
<li>Collaborate on B2B solutions, focusing on customization and integration needs for enterprise clients</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with overall product strategy and user experience</li>
</ul>
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in backend development: TS/Node (required)</li>
<li>Direct experience with GCP and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers</li>
<li>Efficiency in ideation and implementation, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact</li>
<li>Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments</li>
<li>Preferred: Proficiency in deploying high availability applications on Kubernetes</li>
