The Role:
Chapel Haven is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks across our facilities. The Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping maintenance, as well as ensuring the upkeep of agency vehicles and coordinating custodial coverage. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who can efficiently prioritize, track, and complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician II must be computer user friendly, as they will need to track fleet maintenance, purchase orders, and inventory using digital systems.

Essential responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Completing repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry.</li>
<li>Monitoring and responding to online facility service requests using the Workshub system.</li>
<li>Performing groundskeeping duties such as lawn maintenance. garden care, and snow removal.</li>
<li>Assisting with vehicle maintenance, including scheduling cleaning, oil changes, and inspections.</li>
<li>Conducting routine inspections of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment.</li>
<li>Ensuring all facilities complies with OSHA, DDS, Health Department, and Fire Marshall safety standards.</li>
<li>Coordinating custodial coverage for multiple buildings and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies.</li>

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Minimum of 1 year experience working in a center based center</li>
