Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing restaurant operations, in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education - High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience - Internal Promote: Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Shift Leader or 1 year experience as an Assistant Manager in a customer service environment; must be 100% certified in all workstations. External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&amp;L responsibility.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Assistant Manager training classes; must be ServSafe certified. The Details:
The chief responsibility of Shift Managers for Domino's is to provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant. Shift Managers must be adaptable and self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Domino's is looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced yet fun working environment and can help maintain a positive crew morale.
