  • Translate drawings and blueprints into accurate machine actions and G-code strategies.
  • Monitor cycle progress, verify dimensions, and fine-tune offsets to hold tolerance and finish.
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.
  • Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with teammates to streamline processes and boost throughput.
  • Keep your cell organized and safe, following established safety protocols.
  • Document setups, tooling, and run notes to create repeatable, efficient processes.

What You Bring

  • Hands‑on experience as a CNC Machinist (setup and operation).
  • Solid understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
  • Fluency reading/understanding technical prints and specifications.
  • Accuracy mindset with a passion for high‑quality results.
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating in a fast‑moving shop.
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong problem‑solving instincts.

Tools & Techniques You’ll Use

  • CNC machine setup and changeover for production runs
  • Manual machining fundamentals
