Our team plays a vital role in supporting industries such as water treatment, mining, oil &amp; gas, and manufacturing. Safety, reliability, and efficiency are at the core of everything we do.
As our operation grows, we are looking for a hands-on, organized, and safety-focused Assistant Production Manager to support daily facility operations. This role involves coordinating labor, overseeing manual workflows, and assisting with the logistics, blending, and movement of chemical containers throughout the site. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to operational continuity, including working on-call, weekends, holidays, nights, and across all shifts to guarantee product is safely delivered to its final-mile destination.
Duties:

<li>Support day-to-day operations across the full life cycle of products, including blending, loading, unloading, staging, and transferring chemicals in totes, tankers, drums, and other containers.</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate labor crews, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, on time, and according to company procedures.</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling daily manpower and managing shift tasks to meet operational goals.</li>
<li>Provide shift flexibility, including weekends, nights, holidays, on-call rotations, and multi-shift support, to maintain continuous and safe production and delivery operations.</li>
<li>Monitor workplace safety, ensuring that all team members follow required PPE protocols, handling procedures, and facility rules.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections on equipment and work areas, identifying potential hazards or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly.</li>
<li>Communicate closely with drivers, loaders, and logistics staff to ensure chemical shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.</li>
<li>Support inventory tracking by helping manage incoming and outgoing containers and verifying proper labeling and documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding and training new labor team members on safe handling procedures, chemical blending processes, and work expectations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the production leadership team to meet daily and weekly output goals.</li>
<li>Respond to operational issues or safety events, supporting corrective actions under the guidance of the site manager.</li>
<li>Help prepare the facility for internal audits, inspections, and customer visits by ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and compliant.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, chemical blending, or chemical handling environment.</li>
<li>Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or support management role is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of safe handling of chemicals, basic blending procedures, and basic hazmat safety procedures (training can be provided).</li>
<li>Comfortable working around heavy equipment, chemical containers, and industrial environments.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work on-call, nights, weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed to support continuous operations and ensure safe final-mile delivery.</li>
<li>Able to lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet for long periods, and operate in all weather conditions (PPE provided).</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications (e.g., forklift, hazmat, OSHA 10/30) a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable work ethic.</li>

Work Environment:
This position may involve exposure to hazardous materials and requires strict adherence to safety protocols at all times. The job will include chemical blending, as well as both indoor and outdoor work in a variety of conditions, including loading, unloading, and transferring chemical containers, and transporting hazardous materials and samples to designated lab or processing areas within the facility. The work environment may involve physical labor, fluctuating temperatures, and the need for constant awareness of surroundings to ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations. This role also requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed to support continuous operations and ensure that products are safely delivered to their final destination.

Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. We will provide comprehensive training so that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don't currently have experience. Children can be unpredictable and potentially confrontational, so this role is not for the weak of spirit, mind, or body. Part of the joy of working with kids is exercise! Our clients move, so you need to be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and at times carrying children or objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range: $17- $20
Requirements:

<li>Passionate about helping children with autism</li>
<li>Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team</li>
<li>18+ years of age</li>
<li> High school diploma or GED</li>
<li> Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)</li>
<li> Ability to pass a pre employment background check</li>
<li>Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>
<li> Candidates must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding</li>
