The Residential Lawn Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of residential properties through professional lawn care services. This role requires hands-on work with various lawn maintenance equipment and occasional travel within the local area to client sites. The specialist will focus on lawn mowing and weed control to ensure client satisfaction and a well-kept landscape.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing using zero turn mowers to maintain neat, even grass height
- Apply weed control treatments to residential lawns to prevent and eliminate unwanted plants
- Operate equipment including truck and trailer, weed whip, and leaf blower safely and efficiently
- Travel occasionally to client homes within the local service area
- Ensure properties are left clean and orderly after service
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in lawn care
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance best practices and equipment operation
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
- Time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving skills to address lawn care challenges as they arise
