• At least 5-15 years of work experience in mid-level scientific, technical, and programmatic services. • Background in social science research methods, improvement of operational weather predictions, or service delivery evaluation. • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting in government environments. • Expertise in Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
