As a Front Desk Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome with your personalized interactions, care in guest room selection, and knowledge of the hotel will ensure our guests have a lasting memory of their visit.
Responsibilities:

<li>Reserve rooms for guests at appropriate rates and process individual and group reservations in a timely and efficient manner.&nbsp; Perform check-in and check-out functions with courtesy, speed, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Observe practices that ensure guest privacy.&nbsp; Limit access to guest and business records to authorized persons.</li>
<li>Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints</li>
<li>Maintain records for registration, departure, room charges, room changes, valet and telephone charges, safety deposit boxes, etc.&nbsp; Complete paperwork legibly, promptly, and accurately.&nbsp; Efficiently handle all payment methods and perform shift bucket checks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain desk area in a neat and orderly fashion and stock supplies&nbsp;the front desk and lobby supplies.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments</li>
