Responsibilities
Our exciting Manager-In-Training (MIT) program gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. As our newest associate, you’ll experience a custom interactive program that will guide you through hands-on and computer-based training, lasting approximately sixteen (16) weeks. The program focuses on different aspects of managing your own account, including:

<li>General Training &amp; Comprehension - Learn and perform the job assignments of the dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions and, as such, can operate, and teach others how to operate, a variety of industrial kitchen equipment.</li>
<li>Leadership Development - Lead small groups of line staff in food preparation, serving, and clean-up activities on varying shifts as needed.</li>
<li>Policies &amp; Procedures - Learn to provide leadership, support and guidance to ensure that food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met, including following facility menus, current applicable federal, state, and local standards, in line with our established policies and procedures to ensure that quality dining services are provided at all times. </li>
<li>Reporting - Train in maintaining records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment in report format to be delivered to HCSG and Facility management. </li>
<li>Training - Learning to be responsible for all training, quality control and in-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards is an essential part of the Manager’s responsibility and includes touring the kitchen several times per day to assess work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes. Must also be able to perform the essential job functions of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher positions to train and assist when there are call-outs.</li>
<li>Leadership - Learn to effectively handle managerial responsibilities as well, including but not limited to payroll submission, staffing patterns, effective coaching and discipline, purchasing, maintaining inventory, and budgeting.</li>

Follow proper reporting, isolation, and handwashing procedures/techniques.</li>
<li>Punctuality - Consistent attendance and punctual arrival. Timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule. Respond to the paging system in a timely and appropriate manner.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition is required. Must show proof of or successfully complete an approved Conference of Food Protection (CFP) Food Protection Manager (FPM) course within the first 14 days of employment. </li>
<li>Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) course participant, or certification as required by State &amp; County law.</li>
<li>Must successfully achieve the eLuminate Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within the first 60 days of employment.</li>
<li>Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision experience are desired.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.</li>
<li>May be required to complete an approved sanitation and safety course.</li>

Summary The Clinical Supervisor supervises the activities and staff associated with providing substance abuse and treatment programming within a facility. The position serves as an additional layer over oversight to ensure contract compliance and adherence of all programming and services to industry best practices and standards and contractual obligations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

<li>The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the overall administrative and clinical supervision of all counselors and the day-to-day delivery of substance use treatment services.</li>

<li>The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the observation and evaluation of substance use treatment groups and responsible for the observation of individual counseling sessions.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing Annual Performance Evaluations with all counselors (including working toward the professional development of counselors).</li>
<li>Responsible for reviewing, editing, and signing all clinical documentation; and ensuring the submission of daily productivity documentation.</li>
<li>The Clinical Supervisor assists QA &amp; Training Manager in developing, organizing, and conducting programs to provide education for conditions and problems related to drug and alcohol abuse; reviews and selects new instructional materials and programs for use in substance abuse program; provides reports and presentations on substance abuse.</li>
<li>Responsible for coverage, in the absence of a counselor. No fixed caseload is required in this position. May conduct or assist in conducting Screenings, Assessments, Individual Counseling, and/or Group Counseling (if/as needed but having no fixed caseload).</li>
<li>The Clinical Supervisor monitors participant compliance with alcohol and/or drug counseling when required. Updates QA &amp; Training Manager and/or Program Clinical Director regarding challenges with participant compliance.</li>
<li>Observes and oversees adherence to all policies and procedures; monitors violations and administers disciplinary action (in partnership with the Program Clinical Director and Human Resources Manager).</li>
<li>Maintains counselor schedules including approval of time off. Provide updates to the Human Resources Manager and Clinical Director as needed.</li>

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

<li>A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related social service major (with a clinical specialty in administration or the human services) or other related field.</li>
<li>Must be credentialed through the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to provide supervision to counselors who have any of the following credentials: ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD.</li>
<li>Must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience (within the substance-use disorder field).</li>
<li>Have working knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy programs; and proven experience in supervising a substance abuse program.</li>
<li>Preference given to experience within a correctional setting.</li>
<li>Licensed as an LCADC, LCSW-C and/or LCPC preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.</li>

You Will:
<ul>
<li>Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.</li>
<li>Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.</li>
<li>Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.</li>
<li>You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests &amp; colleagues.</li>
<li>You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.</li>

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

<li>ARRT(R) certification</li>
<li>State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology</li>
<li>BLS certification</li>
<li>At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!</li>

Qualifications
