Job Summary
 
B&amp;A is looking for an ISSM who is responsible for the overall execution, performance, and success of one or more major government programs, including the ISaaS program, ensuring alignment with FBI policies, call order requirements, and federal security standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between the contractor and government stakeholders, overseeing program delivery, financial performance, personnel management, and cybersecurity operations while ensuring quality, compliance, and risk mitigation across all program activities. 
 
Responsibilities

<li>Lead and manage all teams supporting the ISaaS program</li>
<li>Oversee development, implementation, scheduling, and cost performance of one or more major programs</li>
<li>Serve as the official point of contact with government representatives</li>
<li>Supervise program/project managers and professional and technical personnel</li>

<li>Manage all phases of program budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance</li>
<li>Monitor call orders, subcontracts, and funding allocations</li>

<li>Develop and deliver required call order, project, departmental, and financial reports</li>
<li>Recruit, interview, hire, and assign personnel to support program objectives</li>

Education and Experience

The Project Leader provides functional management and technical leadership for on-site field operations. This role leads field crews to safely deliver high-quality service on schedule and within budget while ensuring proper execution of work, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service. The Project Leader also mentors' technicians and serves as the primary on-site point of contact for clients.
This Project Leader role is dedicated to supporting data center construction, commissioning, and operational readiness projects. The position focuses on mission-critical systems where schedule adherence, cleanliness, documentation accuracy, and process control are essential.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

<li>Apply expertise and in-depth knowledge around the technical aspects of all our cloud services and the industry, including Cloud Computing: Azure, Amazon Web Services, Networking, Managed Cloud Services, Professional Services and Consulting engagements, Outsourced IT Infrastructure Solutions, and Security Services.</li>
<li>Collaborate and advise TSI’s Executives to develop high quality and management.</li>

<li>Leads network/cloud security engineering: design, implementation, optimization, monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN and DR networks.</li>

Knowledge, Skills, Core Competencies:
