Responsibilities
A Drive Test Technician is responsible for executing mobile and stationary RF testing to validate wireless network performance. This role supports engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across 5G technologies. This position requires 100% travel.

This position will support the Northeast region which consists of the following states:

<li>WY, UT, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, MN, IA, MO, AR, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, TN, OH, WV, PA</li>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

<li>Drive Testing: Operate drive test equipment (e.g., TEMS Pocket, X-CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters.</li>
<li>Perform a Speed Test</li>
<li>Data Collection &amp; Upload: Capture logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data. Upload results to centralized servers for post-processing and validation. </li>
<li>Properly follow the test files naming conventions.</li>
<li>Reporting: Communicate with Circet and client point of contacts throughout the process and to escalate issues as necessary.</li>

Qualifications

Job Summary:
This position will provide technical support for milk harvest, cooling, and storage equipment as well as dairy herd and facilities system management technology. This dynamic role uses both computer and mechanical skills to plan, install, and maintain dairy equipment and technology used on farm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide solutions for milking and cooling equipment and herd management software system issues for our customers
· Troubleshoot problems remotely and on-site with customers and MLS service and installation technicians.
· Assist with system setup and configuration.

· Document software, hardware, and warranty issues
· Support the sales process and provide technical consultation

Qualifications (Skills/Abilities Required)

<li>Dairy farm background or on-farm management experience</li>
<li>Strong work ethic with mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and follow directions</li>
<li>Familiarity with computer networking</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills through phone, email and in person interactions</li>
<li>Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and customers</li>
</ul>
· Dairy herd management software experience a plus
