This individual will serve as the primary expert responsible for developing and enforcing QA/QC standards and protocols, reviewing engineering deliverables, leading technical training programs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our NJ and PA offices.
Key Responsibilities
As a technical leader, you will have key responsibilities in leading the following: 
<ul>
<li>Develop and Implement QA/QC Standards: Create, oversee and maintain a quality assurance program to improve the quality and consistency of our engineering deliverables. This includes protocols, checklists, and standard operating procedures for civil/site design projects. Leverage technology and tools to streamline workflows, improve clarity, reduce errors and facilitate rapid integration of new technical hires into QA/QC framework.</li>
<li>Technical Reviews: Conduct detailed QA/QC reviews of design plans, specifications, reports, and calculations for conformance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Internal Training &amp; Mentorship: Design and deliver technical training sessions and workshops to promote best practices, improve quality, and ensure staff development across teams.</li>
<li>Project Support: Collaborate with project managers and design teams during key project phases to proactively identify and resolve technical issues by providing technical expertise</li>
<li>Process Improvement: Identify recurring quality concerns or inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement efforts in tools, workflows, and design practices.</li>
<li>Cross-Office Collaboration: Support QA/QC initiatives across all NJ and PA offices, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing throughout the company.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required); PE license required</li>
<li>15+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development &amp; municipal engineering projects</li>
<li>Strong understanding of local and regional regulatory requirements (NJDEP, PADEP, stormwater management, etc.).</li>
<li>High level of technical proficiency &amp; strong background in development of design drawings and technical specifications for civil engineering projects, as well as experience in civil engineering construction phase service.</li>
<li>Proven experience developing QA/QC standards and conducting technical QA/QC reviews.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, highly organized and systematic in approach.</li>
<li>Ability to mentor and lead others, and communicate complex technical information clearly.</li>
<li>Proficiency in civil engineering design tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, HydroCAD, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management tools and workflows is a plus.</li>

T&amp;M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $145,000 - $174,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.

Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Communication Systems Administrator is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and development of Paraco Gas’s enterprise communication platforms in support of the System Analyst. This role ensures that the company’s call center, texting, and related communication systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives. The position collaborates closely with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver reliable communication infrastructure and user-focused solutions.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Communication Systems
<ul>
<li>Support, maintain, and manage the Enterprise Desk and Call Centre system, ensuring reliable performance and optimal configuration.</li>
<li>Develop and implement new solutions or enhancements within the call center platform to meet business needs in coordination with the System Analyst and other IT staff. </li>
<li>Support, maintain, and manage the Enterprise Texting Platform, ensuring integration with other business systems and maintaining compliance with communication standards.</li>
<li>Develop and deploy improvements, workflows, and automations in the texting platform to improve efficiency and communication flow.</li>
</ul>
Collaboration and Technical Projects
<ul>
<li>Work collaboratively with the Network Administrator to manage and maintain internet service and connectivity across branch locations, ensuring uptime and performance.</li>
<li>Assist the Data Centre Manager with communication-related infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, vendor coordination, and network improvements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Software Engineer to design, develop, and test communication system APIs and related integrations.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Helpdesk Team to diagnose and resolve user-reported issues related to communication systems.</li>
<li>Participate in project planning, implementation, and documentation efforts related to communication technology initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Administration and Support
<ul>
<li>Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures for communication platforms.</li>
<li>Manage user access, permissions, and profiles for communication systems.</li>
<li>Perform regular system audits and apply updates, patches, and configuration changes as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, data protection regulations, and security standards.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and CompetenciesEducation and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</li>
<li>2–4 years of hands-on experience administering communication or contact center systems.</li>
<li>Experience with enterprise messaging, telephony, or unified communications platforms.</li>
<li>Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and basic scripting for automation or data exchange.</li>
</ul>
