In this role, you will test and evaluate critical high assurance communication systems. &nbsp;These test and evaluation activities ensure national leaders have assured communications in both peacetime and wartime.&nbsp; The position encompasses responsibilities including test tool configuration and operation, developmental and operational test planning, test execution, test data analysis and report writing.&nbsp; You will work closely with our customers to develop and facilitate execution of detailed test plans.

Primary Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Working as part of a test team to accomplish technical assessments of high-assurance systems.</li>
<li>Developing and executing test plans in collaboration with the government customer.</li>
<li>Executing test events in both laboratory and operational environments.</li>
<li>Utilizing a suite of hardware and software test and data analysis tools.</li>
<li>Performing analysis of test data and documenting test results and recommendations.</li>
</ul>
Basic Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.</li>
<li>Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or an educational equivalent.</li>
<li>10 years’ experience in the following:
<ul>
<li>Test and Evaluation of networked hardware and/or software.</li>
<li>Test planning and test procedure development and documentation.</li>
<li>Conducting test events involving real-time capture of data on IP networks.</li>
<li>Digital test data collection, analysis and results documentation.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write test documentation and create and deliver presentations.</li>
<li>Competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Experience with network data collection and testing tools, and analysis techniques, including:
<ul>
<li>Sniffing and packet capture using Wireshark.</li>
<li>Network traffic simulation/generation using standard tools, such as wget, iPerf, ping, etc.</li>
<li>Parsing and analysis of PCap files.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Python programming and scripting skills.</li>
<li>Understanding of/and experience with VOIP systems, codecs and transmission standards.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) or Senior Leader Command, Control and Communications System (SLC3S).</li>
<li>Experience working with Nuclear C3 community stakeholders such as Air Force, Navy, NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC), USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, the Joint Staff, and OSD.</li>
