Requirements:

<li>Minimum 7+ years of experience as a mid-level and senior-level program manager.</li>
<li>Strong experience managing technical projects and diverse teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in business, technical, and personnel management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).</li>
<li>Knowledge of and Experience in managing Section 508 Compliance and accessibility standards.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within estimated timeframes.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively interface with government representatives and contractor management.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li>
