 Responsibilities:

 Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Oneida Technology Services (OTS) Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Network Plant Engineer (ISP/OSP) at the Patrick Space Force Base in Florida.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Senior engineer responsible for survey, design, and implementation of physical fiber and copper cable plants, power connections (in coordination with licensed electricians), conduits, patch panels, and butterfly diagrams.</li>
<li>Oversees restoration of facilities to pre-install or better conditions.</li>
<li>Works on telecommunication projects of varying size, scope, complexity, and location, and supports preliminary development of the SPRIP.</li>
<li>Participates in and/or attends site surveys and documents current site ISP/OSP configurations.</li>
<li>Supports the design and optimization of the supporting infrastructure in support of the SPRIP.</li>
<li>Develops SDPs and Final SPRIP. Performs circuit testing for voltage, amperage, continuity, and safety after installation and adjusts as needed.</li>

Job Details:

<li>This is a 1099/per call position</li>
<li>Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.</li>
<li>Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled</li>
<li>Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked</li>
<li>Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.</li>
<li>Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day</li>
<li>You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.</li>

<li>You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.</li>

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Senior engineer responsible for survey, design, and implementation of physical fiber and copper cable plants, power connections (in coordination with licensed electricians), conduits, patch panels, and butterfly diagrams. </li>
<li>Oversees restoration of facilities to pre-install or better conditions. </li>
<li>Works on telecommunication projects of varying size, scope, complexity, and location, and supports preliminary development of the SPRIP. </li>
<li>Participates in and/or attends site surveys and documents current site ISP/OSP configurations. </li>
