RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer you will provide the lead in supporting the development of new products through testing and analysis of data and designs.

<li>Develop new products and processes via mechanical testing and qualification of electrical connectors and components.</li>
<li>Develop test sequences and procedures to determine the long-term reliability of electrical connectors that factor in customer use and application requirements.</li>
<li>Process and analyze testing results, and create reports and presentations for internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Support the product design effort in mechanical analysis such as tolerance analysis, FEA, materials analysis, failure analysis and creating test plans.</li>
<li>Prepare test samples and test requests, design and fabricate test fixtures, interface with test lab technicians.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and manufacturing personnel, supporting the development and validation of product prototypes through pilot production, as well as interfacing with beta-site customers.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Experience with solid modeling tools - Pro/E and/or SolidWorks</li>

JOB SUMMARY
 Employees in this class are responsible for the care of clients with substance use disorder living in a residential treatment center or as an outpatient basis during assigned shifts (regular, swing and/or graveyard shifts).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul>
<li>Upon orientation of the drug testing procedures and protocol, the residential assistant must be able to administer urinalysis or oral swap drug test to adult female clients.</li>
<li>Ensures the safety and security of .residents and personnel utilizing the building after normal working hours.</li>
<li>Performs a variety of sub-professional tasks such as taking temperature, checking blood pressure, and monitoring medications and simple treatments.</li>
<li>When required may transport and escort clients to their appointments and errands.</li>
<li>Serves as a socializing agent, both in individual and group contacts with clients.</li>
<li>Observes and reports clients’ behavior, and client-staff interactions.</li>
<li>Assists in the maintenance of a safe, orderly and therapeutic environment.</li>
<li>Ensures that residents and personnel utilizing the building behave according to rules, policies, and guidelines set by management.</li>
<li>Respond to the needs of the clients.</li>
<li>Supports and works with Disaster Response Programs and directed by the Director of Emergency Disaster Services, or Corps Officers and is a member of the Disaster Response Team.</li>
<li>May be assigned tasks and responsibilities at or for any Salvation Army unit on Guam or Micronesia.</li>
<li>Must maintain a lifestyle of sobriety from illicit drugs.</li>

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
