PROJECT MANAGER – WATER / FIRE / MOLD REMEDIATION
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing restoration team. This position is responsible for managing water, fire, mold, cleaning, and emergency service projects from initial inspection through successful completion.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, operational leadership, customer service, estimating knowledge, and the ability to manage profitable projects while maintaining exceptional customer experience standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform thorough inspections for water, fire, mold, and remediation-related losses
• Build trust with customers and effectively sell restoration services
• Prepare accurate and profitable estimates using Xactimate
• Manage projects from initial loss through completion
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and vendors
• Communicate with insurance adjusters through both verbal and written correspondence
• Maintain strong customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule and coordinate production crews effectively
• Manage drying files including moisture documentation and atmospheric readings
• Ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and profitable
• Assist with collection efforts when necessary
• Respond quickly and professionally to emergency service calls
• Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3–5 years of restoration industry experience preferred
• Strong background in water, fire, mold, and remediation services
• Fluent or highly proficient in Xactimate estimating software
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Self-driven with a high level of accountability and dependability
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and drama-free attitude

SCHEDULE / ON-CALL EXPECTATIONS
• One scheduled on-call day per week
• One on-call weekend per month
• Occasional out-of-town travel may be required, though travel is not frequent
