LIFTlNG: Bulk product deliveries are mode twice a week or more and are un- loaded by the team member using a hand truck. CARRYING: Large cons, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are corned from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are corned three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 Pounds. ~
PUSHING: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24” - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. CLIMBING, Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. ' STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station: Duration of this position is approximately 30 to 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
CROUCHING/SQUATTING: Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
REACHING: Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Work- ers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining toppings, ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Job Summary:

Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our truck drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

<li>License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment with in planned time tolerances to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet</li>

<li>Perform FAI/CVI (annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state and local legal and regulatory agencies. (Includes all state-required inspections and frequencies)</li>

<li>Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment</li>

<li>Perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any company-owned equipment</li>

<li>Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including but not limited to engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, differential, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including regeneration systems), intake systems, electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems and lift-gate hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems</li>

Position Summary
The Groundskeeper/Porter plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. Under the direction of the Community Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, parking areas, and common facilities. This role may also be cross-trained to support housekeeping and maintenance functions, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high standard of property appearance.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other designated spaces.</li>
<li>Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, draperies, and polished surfaces.</li>
<li>Wash windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces as assigned.</li>
<li>Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas; replace bathroom supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs and perform minor upkeep tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Maintain exterior areas by cutting grass, trimming shrubs, removing debris, and shoveling snow.</li>
<li>Assist in transporting small equipment or tools between departments.</li>
<li>Support housekeeping or maintenance staff as needed to complete work orders and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Participate in regular meetings and trainings to maintain knowledge and skills.</li>

Qualifications

<li>High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly; follow verbal and written instructions.</li>
