JOB TITLE: Field Service Representative / VBAT 128 UAS Operator (OP)/Maintainer (MX)/Mission Coordinator (MC)

LOCATION: To be determined. Various CONUS and OCONUS locations – deployed

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Operators support military and civilian customer operations worldwide. Candidates must be willing to deploy overseas to austere/non-permissive environments for a minimum of six months at a time. Field Service Representatives (FSR's) must be or become certified VBAT 128 UAS Operators, Mission Coordinators and/or Maintainers. Once certification is confirmed or completed, the individual must be available for deployed assignments. The FSR will be integrate with all facets of the operation and be able to operate, communicate, and work in support of mission requirements. It is the FSR's responsibility to ensure mission success through aircraft serviceability, system operability, system reliability and operational support stability.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OP:

<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance documents dealing with the VBAT 128, as well as ArgenTech Solutions' and US Governmental requirements for operating in AOR and AFLOAT deployed status.

<li>Coordinate real time customer desires with respect to UAS tasking and assisting the UAS Operator to place the sensor point of interest on the desired target.</li>
<li>Respond effectively to operational inquiries. </li>
<li>Write mission reports, and give post-deployment presentations to customers and management.</li>
<li>Execute mission and deliver full motion video and payload data.</li>

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MX:

<li>Perform UAS and ground support equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Company subject matter experts to resolve issues beyond the scope of field maintenance capability.</li>
<li>Manage all aircraft maintenance log books, supporting documentation and spreadsheets are up to date and provide information daily to the Site Lead for SITREP input.</li>
<li>Conduct and document maintenance actions.</li>
<li>Conduct inventory of UAS spares/components and reports cycle counts.</li>
<li>Conduct on-site formal/informal technical training.</li>
<li>Read, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance documents dealing with VBAT 128 UAS, as well as ArgenTech Solutions' and US Governmental requirements for operating in AOR and AFLOAT deployed status. </li>
<li>May be integrated into the flying schedule if a qualified Operator as determined by the Site Lead to maintain currency and to support personnel shortfalls if encountered.</li>

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MC:

<li>Conduct preflight planning to include mission briefings, analyzing weather forecasts, checking Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs), Special Instructions (SPINs) and airspace requirements. </li>
<li>Evaluate customer's mission requirements and determine operational needs.</li>
<li>Coordinate mission specifics with UAS crew and Air Traffic Control (ATC) and review Airspace Control Plan and Mission Logs.</li>
<li>Execute mission and deliver full motion video and payload data.</li>
<li>Complete post-mission reports/logs.</li>
<li>Conduct demonstration flights.</li>
<li>Perform UAS and ground support equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.</li>

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:

<li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>3-10 years relevant experience as Manned or UAS pilot and 700 hours with ISR payload</li>
<li>DoD Secret security clearance with a current background investigation</li>
<li>Capability to pass a Company background investigation.</li>
<li>Certification or ability to become certified Insitu UAS Operator, Mission Coordinator and/or Maintainer</li>
<li>A minimum of one year as a UAS OP/MX or MC in a deployed status.</li>
<li>Ability to exercise discretion and judgment</li>

<li>Ability to work in small, cramped spaces.</li>
<li>Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders and ramps while carrying up to 40 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to bend and/or twist legs, arms and body within normal range of motion.</li>

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our instructors, grow our school partnerships, and ensure the highest quality of educational delivery. Role Overview As the Program Manager, you are the bridge between our curriculum, our instructors, and our partner schools. You will be responsible for the "behind-the-scenes" operations that make our programs successful, from hiring and training to business development and logistics. Key Responsibilities (Prioritized) 1. Staff Leadership &amp; Instructor Management (Highest Priority)
