What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges — helping them improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to enhance their independence and quality of life.
· Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to improve communication, swallowing, cognitive-communication, and social skills in pediatric patients
· Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain detailed, skilled documentation including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
· Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support communication development and carryover of therapy strategies at home and in natural settings
· Monitor therapy progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
· Assess the child’s natural environments—such as home, school, or daycare—and recommend strategies or modifications to enhance communication and participation
· Recommend and train families on the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices or other assistive technology as appropriate
· Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address the child’s holistic needs

We are welcoming a full-time Audiologist to join our thriving multi-disciplinary practice. 
Since 1966, St. Cloud ENT (SCENT) has been an independently owned clinic which provides exceptional, compassionate ENT specialty care. Our core values include integrity, respect, patient-centered care, innovation, teamwork, open communication, and accountability.

A day in the life:
<ul>
<li>Manage individual schedule that is supported by Audiologist Assistants.</li>
<li>Participate in decision making processes for clinic growth and improvement.</li>
<li>Building rapport with adult and pediatric patients through consultations and examinations to provide the best, customized treatment plans.</li>
<li>Dispensing and fitting hearing aids appropriate for the patient’s needs, paired with proper counseling and follow-up care.</li>
<li>Performing audiological services including OAE, VNG, ABR, VEMP, vHIT, Cochlear Implant evaluations and mapping, BAHA speech processor programming, and more.</li>
