Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (Cold Springs, Minnesota– 2025/2026 School Year)
Employment Type: W2
Location: St. Cloud, Minnesota (Cold Springs, Minnesota) and Blaine, Minnesota
Schedule: Onsite, Full-time

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP implementation
- Participate in IEP and team meetings; collaborate with educators and staff
- Serve as a case manager or process coordinator, where applicable
- Use technology tools to document and track student progress
- Grow your expertise in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Qualifications:
- Active, valid, and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota (and in state of residence, if different)
- CCCs (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Full-time U.S. residency required
- Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
- Comfortable using teletherapy tools and technology for documentation
- Access to a personal (non-Chromebook) laptop for platform use
- Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
