Responsibilities
 
Provide pre-construction support
<ul>
<li>Support the submittal and RFI processes for specific definable features of work utilizing Procore. </li>
<li>Review, understand and help manage project design and engineering documents, ensuring compliance, organization and distribution to necessary parties</li>
<li>Perform project specific tasks in preparation of the team mobilizing to site</li>
<li>Assist with research on living arrangements for project team members</li>
<li>Prepare turnover binder templates</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation of Pre-Mobilization Kickoff meetings</li>
<li>Compile, contact, and arrange for short form subcontracts with local entities at the project site (Power, trailers, housing, local subcontractors, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist in drafting subcontracts and purchase agreements</li>

Lead designated aspects necessary for construction support

<li>Assist with the quality assurance &amp; quality control process as delineated in the Project Quality Plan, including coordinating prep meetings, initial inspections, follow-up inspections, punch list final inspections</li>
<li>Assist with the inventory process as materials arrive to site: inspection, offload, receiving, and storage</li>
<li>Assist Project Manager and Project Superintendents as needed regarding material and equipment management (pickup trucks, rented/owned equipment, coordinate the equipment facility)</li>
<li>Manage production logs for work put in place (self-performed or subcontracted)</li>
<li>Track Safety or Quality incidents </li>
<li>Administer closeout processes</li>
<li>Compile turnover documentation and transfer to customer per the project specific quality plan</li>
<li>Assist Project Manager with getting contract documents closed out with subcontractors and suppliers</li>
<li>Support the final inspections and punch list process </li>
<li>Provide periodic updates of the submittal register to the customer or architect</li>

Required qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team at Glenwood Village Care Center! In this key role, you’ll provide professional nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs, in line with our care center’s philosophy, policies, and gerontological standards.

 Position Summary: Glenwood Retirement Village is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, monitor resident well-being, and contribute to a supportive and high-quality care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Clinical Care &amp; Implementation:</li>
<li>Provide nursing care in accordance with the resident’s plan of care, following the nursing process of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document care accurately.</li>
<li>Direct Resident Support:</li>
<li>Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes. Assist with rehabilitation and preventative care, and ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are supported with dignity and respect.</li>
<li>Communication &amp; Advocacy:</li>
<li>Establish and maintain open, respectful communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff. Provide education, reassurance, and guidance to support resident well-being and independence.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration:</li>
<li>Work cooperatively with nursing assistants, fellow nurses, and leadership staff to promote a cohesive, supportive care environment. Participate in staff meetings, training, and efforts to maintain regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Other Duties as Assigned:</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities may be required as part of the day-to-day operations of resident care.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing</li>
<li>CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)</li>
<li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to recognize and respond to changes in resident condition</li>
<li>Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred</li>
<li>Understanding of nursing regulations and quality standards</li>
<li>Ability to pass a state-mandated background check</li>
<li>Proficiency in English (spoken and written)</li>
<li>Physical capability to perform essential job duties</li>
