Job Description 
The Field Services Technical Advisor excels in LGC instrument systems, guiding field service operations and facilitating communication among various teams and customers. They lead technical operations, contribute to decision-making, and oversee project execution in their area. Leads quality and compliance efforts for Field Services, handling new designs, retrofits, upgrades, installations, and maintenance. This role involves close teamwork with various field services leaders to align internal resources with customer demands, planning for future field service needs. Areas of Responsibility: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Essential Functions:

<li>Field Support Duties: Help team members with instrument use via phone, video calls, and Teams. Coordinate travel and maintain communication for resource access.</li>

<li>Technical Operations Management: Plans, directs, and coordinates day-to-day internal field service operations, service case management and follow-through, and the accurate recording of project time for the instruments they are responsible for. Collaborates closely with the Field Services Supervisor/Manager to align internal service activities among service engineers for smooth project progression across Engineering, Science, Instrument and Tape Production, and Test Group.</li>

<li>Collaborates closely with the Technical Support Manager to implement large-scale service requirements in the field.</li>
<li>Quality Systems Administration: Assumes responsibility and coordinates the implementation of quality requirements throughout the LGC Field Services Team: planning, communication, metric monitoring/trending, and execution of necessary quality efforts within their area of expertise. Leads all aspects of the development and implementation of effective workflows, processes, and inter-departmental coordination to meet service quality expectations within their area of expertise.</li>

<li>Ensure the needs and program expectations of persons served are met 24 hours/day.</li>
<li>Follow recipes, menus and diets as ordered when preparing and serving meals/snacks.</li>
<li>Ensure medical treatments and medications are ordered, secured, stored, documented, and given as medically ordered.</li>
<li>Communicate professionally and courteously with people we serve and their family members, outside services and providers, all PCS staff, and the public.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain staff schedules including approving/denying staff requests for time off.</li>
<li>Ensure documentation of daily program information.</li>
<li>Attend and/or lead all in-services, develop and maintain staff schedules complete employee performance reviews, hire discipline and terminate staff.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Must be 18 years of age or as dictated by licensure.</li>
<li>Must pass DHS background clearance.</li>
<li>Must have valid driver’s license and meet company driving criteria.</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.</li>
<li>Must have a BA or BS degree in human services or a related field.</li>

As an experienced Transportation Engineer at Houston Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers to help plan and design safe, smooth and efficient roadway systems for communities across the Midwest. You will manage a variety of transportation projects with successful delivery from the environmental stage through construction while assuring designs are in accordance with Federal, State and Local specifications. You will also play an active role in growing and expanding transportation services.
Job Description

<li>Effectively lead project activities through the life cycle of projects.</li>
<li>Prepare and oversee detailed engineering analyses, schedules, technical reports, etc.</li>
<li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams such as CAD designers, engineers, subcontractors to complete projects safely, on time, and with high quality.</li>
<li>Create and foster a project team culture of superior service for the customer.</li>
<li>Assist in client contact and communications.</li>
<li>Projects you’ll work on will vary, however some common ones may include traffic planning, roadway and railway design, geometric layout, drainage analysis, erosion control, and/or environmental clearance coordination. The projects you work on may also be Federal, State, County and municipal roadways.</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.</li>
<li>State Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain with 6 months.</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience with state DOT and county highway projects preferred.</li>
<li>Experience operation AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.</li>
</ul>
