• The Commercial Lending Administrative Assistant will assist commercial customers with servicing activities such as line of credit draw requests, check requisitions, payments, deposits, wire transfers, and other various inquires. In addition, this individual is responsible for processing construction draw requests which will require ordering inspection reports, title endorsements, collecting lien waivers, and reviewing cost budgets. 
 
• The position provides administrative support to Lenders with new loan applications by preparing loan proposal letters, beginning Loan Presentations, pulling credit bureau and market research reports, packaging financial information to support loan requests and some commercial loan processing. 
• The individual is responsible for monitoring and updating portfolio reports, maturity reports, and exception reports on a monthly basis. 
 
• The Commercial Lending Administrative Assistant will assist in maintaining borrower credit files by preparing financial request letters, tracking the receipt of tax returns and financial statements, and ensuring they are received by the Operations Department at Howard Drive. 
 
• Loan modifications and extensions are processed through Loan Operations and in some cases require the internal Legal Department for documentation. The Commercial Lending Assistant will work with Operations and/or Legal to order necessary documents for extensions and modifications as well as provide all due diligence requirements to support the approval. 
 
• The position also performs varied administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, scanning, scheduling, and event coordination.

Provide personal care under the supervision of a nurse according to the patient's plan of care. Collaborate with transdisciplinary team in a variety of settings.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

<li>Provide personal care and assist with ADL's according to the POC.</li>

<li>Under the direction of the nurse, perform simple wound care, skin care, and bowel care protocols according to the plan of care where appropriate.</li>
<li>Recognize and promptly report any changes in the mental or physical status of the patient to the nurse.</li>
<li>Record in clinical record, on appropriate documents, the activities provided and observations of patient at the time of visit.</li>
<li>Complete all charting, timesheets and mileage logs as defined by the agency policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Attend and actively contribute during patient care conference.</li>
<li>Participate in HNA discipline meetings, team meetings, staff meetings, retreats and in-services as appropriate.</li>
<li>Attend in-services to obtain 3 education hours per quarter.</li>
<li>Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled (Home Care only).</li>
<li>Assist the Team Leader with other designated activities as necessary (scheduling, supply organization, answering office telephone, etc.)</li>
<li>Demonstrate positive customer-service responsiveness according to agency standards.</li>
<li>Flexible in meeting patient/family needs that require variable shifts and weekends.</li>
<li>Participate in chart review quality improvement activities and other meetings as assigned.</li>

Essential Accountabilities for the Speech-Language Pathologist
