About the Role: 
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
<ul>
<li>Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)</li>
<li>Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive</li>
<li>Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system</li>
<li>Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.</li>

The Area Manager, Associate Housing Operations is responsible for the direct oversite of Resident Services, Housekeeping, and Grounds &amp; Facilities Teams including training, development, recruiting, payroll, and budgeting. In addition, the Area Manager, Associate Housing Operations will oversee the campus work-order and maintenance program, Associate Recreation Center, and day-to-day operations of the Campus which includes 2,900 beds across 10 buildings

<li>Manages, coordinates, and oversees the hiring, training, and motivation of the Resident Services, Housekeeping, and Grounds &amp; Facilities Teams by coaching and counseling associates.</li>
<li>Directs the opening and closing of all Associate Housing facilities throughout the operating seasons.</li>
<li>Serves as a liaison between peers and the Maintenance division for follow-up on daily work orders and emergency repairs. Ensures the timely completion of all work orders within the campus management software.</li>
<li>Promotes and ensures a high level of cleanliness is maintained in public areas and behind-the-scenes areas of Associate Housing.</li>
<li>Tracks inventory of furniture and products; ensures Company asset protection policies are followed</li>
<li>Serves as a liaison between Human Resources, Safety, Security, and other Divisions/Departments in handling residents who have violated Company policies, federal, state, or provincial laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Responds to complaints by residents, within established parameters and works to resolve complaints in a satisfactory manner.</li>
<li>Evaluates, refines, and recommends department procedures to promote effective and cost-efficient management of all Associate Housing facilities </li>
<li>Participates in weekly Housing Supervisor-On-Call program</li>
