<li>Support management to execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Follow KFC of Pollys operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security to ensure safety of team members during each scheduled shift.</li>
<li>Uphold and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to ensure proper cash management practices are being followed by all levels of team members. Responsibilities include: Verifying safe at start and end of shift, making change, balancing cashier drawers, and handling bank deposits until official shift change occurs.</li>
<li>Serves to help oversee maintenance of food inventory, supply levels, ordering and receiving as needed.</li>
<li>Provide quality products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and store.</li>
<li>Utilize existing organizational tools in collaboration with managers to find new, creative, and effective methods of team member recognition.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local regulations and laws. </li>
<li>Responsible to comply with all CA wage and hour laws including, Pollys meal and rest policy.</li>
<li>Required to work varied hours; May be needed to work daily dinner rush, closing shifts, weekends and/or holidays.</li>

 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 
<ul>
<li>1 -3 years related experience and/or training preferred</li>
<li>Basic working knowledge of store operations and guest relations</li>
<li>Must have basic computer fundamentals (POS, Microsoft Office)</li>
<li>Should have food preparation skills as they relate to restaurant business</li>

Must be able to stand for the length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb a ladder if needed.
