<li>Implements store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding. </li>
<li>Majority of business hours are spent standing on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and running the business where it matters most. </li>
<li>Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to make strategic business decisions. </li>
<li>Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic and sales. </li>
<li>Stay up to date with industry trends and competition and make recommendations to District Management on ways to improve the business. </li>
<li>Open and close the store.</li>
<li>Work over 40 hours a week and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. </li>
<li>May require additional tasks, duties or projects as assigned. </li>

Qualifications:

<li>Standing for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li>
