Provides patient consultation and assumes communicative role with other professionals. Refers patients to other professionals as appropriate and ordered. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist:
Provide direct therapy to students from preschool to grade 12. 
Consult with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation and maximize the students potential. 
Fulfill documentation requirements, including data collection, progress updates for marking periods, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies. 
Attend IEP meetings as recommended. 
Travel may be required throughout the school day.
