Flight Instructor, Part 135
We are looking to hire well qualified pilots into the Part 135 training department as a Hyannis, MA based, full time Air Transport Flight Instructor (ATFI). Pay will be in accordance with the pilot CBA.
Summary
An ATFI will work on an as-needed basis decided by the Director of Flight Training to conduct ground, simulator, and flight instruction for company pilots. The ATFI must demonstrate to an FAA inspector or Company check pilot initially and at least every two years the ability to conduct flight training from left and right pilot seats. The ATFI will complete Cape Air initial ground school and aircraft specific flight training and 135.293, 135.297 checks. Annual recurrent training and checking is required to maintain ATFI qualifications. 
Primary Responsibilities

<li>Enthusiastically conduct ground, simulator, and flight instruction of company pilots in-accordance-with the Cape Air flight training manual.</li>

Are you passionate about fitness? Do you enjoy coaching and empowering others to achieve their fitness goals? Do you currently have a personal training certification? If so, you might be the perfect candidate to be a Personal Trainer at the Stroum Jewish Community Center. As a personal trainer for the J, you will work with clients one on one or in small groups and create exercise plans for a wide-range of clients who will rely on you to help them achieve their fitness goals.
 
Some of the duties and responsibilities of a Personal Trainer are to:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate client fitness level and skillset to plan reachable goal.</li>
<li>Design fitness programs using company systems and tools.</li>
<li>Lead clients through planned exercise routines</li>
<li>Track client progress</li>
<li>Educate a wide range of clients of all ages based on their fitness capabilities</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and co-workers</li>
<li>Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements:
To be successful as a Personal Trainer, you should have:
<ul>
<li>Previous personal training experience preferred</li>
<li>Professional Personal Training Certification required</li>
<li>High school degree or equivalent required</li>
<li>First aid and CPR training and certification required (may be provided by the SJCC)</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse populations</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant fitness &amp; safety practices</li>
<li>Ability to coach and empower patrons</li>
<li>Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with colleagues and SJCC guests</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting</li>
<li>Ability to exercise good judgment</li>
