Pump Stations Maintenance Technician
 
The Pump Station Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor related to the mechanical aspects of SD1 pump stations. This position will involve multi-skilled work in the maintenance, operation, and repair of pumps, motors, and mechanical equipment. The work requires confined space entries and lock out/tag out of mechanical components. The employee must be proficient in fabrication of machines, parts, and structures and job organization and tracking. 

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to, the following):

<li>Support 24/7 operations of SD1 force mains, pump stations, and associated facilities</li>
<li>Repair or maintain the operating condition of sewage pumps and equipment</li>
<li>Repair, overhaul, install, test and inspect mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment at pump stations and associated facilities</li>
<li>Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs</li>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly rate for this position is $17.95 and is commensurate with experience.
The Janitor keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition. The Janitor performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of the need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from the sidewalk.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40 hours per week); Essential personnel during inclement weather conditions.
Required: Some High School education; 1+ years of janitorial experience; work in a residential setting is helpful.
Expected Contributions:
