On Demand Counseling provides comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment, supporting clients in Northeast Ohio through a wide range of services, from individual counseling to group programs. Position Summary:
The Counselor plays a key role in supporting clients through assessments, case management, counseling, and crisis intervention. This position offers flexible scheduling with the option to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts weekly. As a Counselor, you will work directly with clients, families, and community partners to facilitate continuity of care and positive treatment outcomes.
 
As part of our team, you will advocate for clients, work collaboratively with professionals, and apply your clinical skills to make a real impact on each clients journey in mental health and addiction recovery.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Structural Design Associate

The Lot/Transport Driver operates motor vehicles on and off the premises for transport, pickup and delivery in support of auction activities. Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area to support the flow of vehicles for the car auction.
Hourly Rate: $15 - $18 
Schedule: ~20 Week 
Working hours: Tues, Wed, and Thurs 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

<li>Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, as well as pick up and deliver vehicles while observing auction driving rules, rules of the road and demonstrating courteous and defensive driving principles.</li>
<li>Drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes on sale day. </li>

Position Mission: The mission of the Team Member (Food Champion) is to ensure the highest quality of food and service for our
guests by meticulously preparing menu items to exact specifications, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and effectively communicating with team members. This role is pivotal in providing a consistent and exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities Include:
