Responsibilities

<li>Operate roll formers and polishing lathes to create metal seals, inspecting parts as they are manufactured.</li>
<li>Load sheet metal bands onto roll-formers, use a foot pump to roll metal into circular seals, and polish seals with sandpaper.</li>
<li>Work in the shearing department to cut metal for welders.</li>
<li>For MO II, roll large seals up to 8ft in diameter, take precise measurements using pi-tape and calipers, and adjust tool sets.</li>
<li>Operate semi-automatic TIG welders, aligning seams and ensuring weld quality.</li>
<li>Inspect welds and final parts using magnifier loupes, depth gauges, micrometers, and calipers.</li>
<li>Read job travelers and perform data entry using Microsoft Excel.</li>
</ul>
