Your Mission:
 
As our Project Manager, you will:
<ul>
<li>In collaboration with our leadership, the Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from late-stage development and financial close through commercial operation, managing the health and safety program, quality, on time and on budget execution by third party EPC contractors and subcontractors. The Project Manager will support constructability reviews for Development projects and support closeout activities that coincide with transitioning a project to O&amp;M, may manage multiple projects in construction and will oversee engineering, development, legal or finance staff supporting the projects.</li>
<li>Driving, creating, and managing projects and contractor schedules along with deliverables.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively coordinate and handle, under pressure, multiple projects with a high degree of independence and professional judgment to deliver projects within deadlines</li>
<li>Partnering with the team to ensure an efficient transition of projects through the construction and transition to O&amp;M.</li>
<li>Supporting constructability reviews, scheduling and indicative construction pricing requests for projects.</li>
<li>Assembling RFPs for subcontractors and defining scope of work packages for construction activities and participate in EPC subcontractor selection and contract negotiation.</li>
<li>Supporting review and analysis of subcontractor bids for various EPC services and support overall project execution.</li>
<li>Managing Requests for Information and Change Management processes during construction.</li>
<li>Once awarded, managing construction contracts including tracking deliverables, schedules, cashflow, managing change orders, and providing notices or dispute resolution as required.</li>
<li>Identifying risks to project success and work with internal and external parties to establish, where needed, mitigation plans to maintain project schedules and budgets.</li>
<li>Ensuring internal and external teams work to satisfy close out of zoning, construction and financial conditions.</li>
<li>Arranging, organizing, and maintaining regularly scheduled project meetings. Track and communicate project statuses and delegate project tasks.</li>
<li>Presenting and reporting to management on contractor selection, cash flow, schedule and risks.</li>
<li>Working closely with the Project Finance Leads to ensure accurate input to financial models and close out of requirements for financing milestones</li>
<li>Understanding and managing compliance requirements of project contracts like Power Purchase Agreement, Interconnection Agreement, and Conditional Use Permit.</li>
<li>Ensuring maintenance of positive relationships with landowners, requisite regulatory jurisdictions and utilities during the construction and possible acquisitions with third parties.</li>
<li>Working with Procurement leads to understand long lead equipment and ensure timing and requisites costs are accurately reflected in schedules on the EPM team as well as on the Development team.</li>
<li>Improving and developing project management tools and processes</li>
<li>Ensuring effective coordination and information sharing within the multi-disciplinary project team.</li>
<li>Managing Operations and Maintenance contract handoff and coordination and ensure closeout of EPC contract at Final Completion.</li>
<li>Act as a project liaison with all internal departments and outside contractors, equipment suppliers, consultants, landlords, governing authorities, etc.; coordinate towards common goals while making critical decisions in a professional manner.</li>

Engineering &amp; Technical Oversight
<ul>
<li>Manage the RFI, Submittal, and related engineering interfacing throughout the construction process.</li>
<li>Support value engineering, constructability analysis, and technical problem-solving in collaboration with subject matter experts.</li>
<li>Review design documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements before commencement or work.</li>
</ul>
 
Permitting &amp; Procurement Management
<ul>
<li>Manage permitting requirements with the AHJ throughout the construction process and ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure procurement activities and schedule are tracking per project requirements.</li>
<li>Manage procurement schedule and budget.</li>
</ul>
 
Budgeting &amp; Documentation
<ul>
<li>Manage the project budget and schedules.</li>
<li>Track actuals, monitor assumptions, and flag risks or changes early.</li>
<li>Own contract documentation workflows including early-stage agreements, lien waivers, prevailing wage compliance, and vendor qualification intake.</li>

Compliance &amp; Risk Management

<li>Ensure all construction activities are performed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.</li>
<li>Oversee Lien Waiver and related financial institutional requirements.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain federal/state requirements for RAI’s engagements.</li>
<li>Support early-stage risk identification and mitigation across engineering, permitting, and procurement workflows.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or renewable energy construction project management (utility-scale or DG experience strongly preferred).</li>

<li>Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, balance of plant (BOP), and construction methodologies.</li>

YOUR LIFE AS A UTILITY CONSTRUCTION WORKER / PIPE LAYER
This full-time plumbing position typically works Monday-Friday from 7 am–3:30 pm.
As aUtility Construction Worker / Pipe Layer, you enjoy being outside most of the day. Following plans, you perform the labor necessary to complete each job. Your solid work ethic serves you well as you perform tasks like setting up the construction site, installing utility systems, testing systems, shoring, and all things pertaining to piping. You pay close attention to detail and always operate with safety at the forefront of your mind. About the Role
 
FinAbility is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Officer to support the day-to-day operations that keep the organization running smoothly.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in the Portland metro area, as the position requires regular access to FinAbility’s physical mailbox and support for locally rooted administrative needs.
This is FinAbility’s first dedicated hire on the operations side. The role is designed for someone who can work very autonomously, bring strong foundational operations and administrative skills, and requires minimal day-to-day training or oversight. You’ll work closely with the CEO to execute and maintain internal systems, support program operations, and ensure recurring processes stay on track.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structure, documenting processes, and providing reliable operational support in a growing organization.
 
Key Responsibilities (20 hrs/week)

<li>Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs across the organization</li>
<li>Execute and maintain established workflows, systems, and internal processes</li>
<li>Document processes and draft SOPs in collaboration with the CEO</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to make internal processes more efficient, easier to maintain, and implement automations where valuable</li>
<li>Provide administrative and operational support for the Savings Match Program</li>
<li>Help ensure recurring monthly processes (e.g., reporting coordination, internal checklists) run smoothly and on time</li>
<li>Maintain calendars, trackers, and reminders for ongoing operational tasks</li>
<li>Provide light scheduling and logistical support for board meetings</li>
<li>Serve as FinAbility’s Mail Custodian, ensuring mail is processed and properly retained</li>

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and perform moderate to complex engineering activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes for high‑reliability printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic systems. This role focuses on both PCBA manufacturing and systems integration, ensuring efficient, repeatable, and high‑quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods for complex, high‑reliability PCBAs and electronic systems</li>
<li>Define manufacturing processes, operations, sequences, routing, and tooling required for new product introductions</li>
<li>Create and maintain work instructions and production documentation to support manufacturing builds</li>
<li>Support assembly and rework processes for PCBAs and electronic systems</li>
<li>Perform routine problem solving, root cause analysis, and failure analysis to resolve manufacturing and product quality issues</li>
<li>Provide limited technical communication with customers as needed</li>
<li>Support multiple customers simultaneously (typically five to six), ensuring manufacturing readiness and process consistency</li>
