About the Role: Are you a tech-savvy administrative professional who thrives on keeping teams organized and operations running smoothly? Family Forum, Inc. is urgently seeking an Executive Coordinator to support our executive team, including the Executive Director, Program Director, HR Lead, and Fiscal Officer. You will be the backbone of our communication, event coordination, technology, and professional development systems. If you love utilizing tools like Canva, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint to make magic happen, we need you on our team!

What You'll Do

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in coordinating internal and external training accommodations for our staff.
  • Create engaging monthly staff newsletters and quarterly agency newsletters, as well as draft the annual report.
  • Lead our SharePoint design, monitoring, and updating.
  • Oversee the agency website and social media presence.
  • Enter employee training records, monitor staff qualifications, and ensure adherence to Professional Development policies.
  • Assist the executive team with technology issues, specific tasks, and correspondence.



Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Associate degree in Office Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in administration or in a secretarial position.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Must have a current driver's license and complete required continuous education, including OSHA, Civil Rights, and child abuse & neglect training.
