<li>Oversee maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancement of four customer-facing applications (CulturalDistrict.org, Festival websites, ParkPgh.org, and internal tools) – responding to tickets for system bugs and requests for new features.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide maintenance and enhancement of integrations with our CRM software system through RESTful APIs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Determine appropriate architecture and other technical solutions, develop documentation, and make relevant recommendations to users.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design, test, and implement new web-based technologies and larger ISTS projects.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist other developers in coding and troubleshooting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support internal users with content management issues.</li>
<li>Ensure that applications adhere to industry standards for performance and security.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strategize and manage back-end issues for all major onsale efforts.&nbsp;</li>
