Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.</li>
<li>Collect data on goals throughout the session as set forth in the treatment plan.</li>
<li>Work in various settings, including home, community, school, clinic, or other assigned locations, with individuals with autism or related disabilities.</li>
<li>Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques developed by a Supervisor and BCBA.</li>
<li>Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.</li>
<li>Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and end sessions punctually.</li>
<li>Submit timecards and complete clinical notes for each session on time per company policy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.</li>
<li>Follow all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and adhere to company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with new hire training by providing overlaps and shadowing opportunities.</li>

Qualifications and Requirements:

<li>Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – Structural Steel (Shop)
This full-time position requires a professional who is prepared to work hands-on within our fabrication shop. The appointed Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring all structural steel fabrication and welding activities comply with technical drawings, relevant codes, and our stringent quality standards. This position is not remote and will be based in our Mesa, Arizona facility.

Job Description
The QA/QC Inspector is a detail-oriented team player who ensures the quality and safety of the electrical products and services installed and/or provided by the field team, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
<ul>
<li>Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with national and international electrical standards.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformance reports. Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.</li>
<li>Perform tests on electrical components and systems, documenting results and identifying discrepancies.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.</li>
<li>Assist in training staff on quality control processes and best practices.</li>
