Shift Leader
The Shift Leader supervises shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Schedule:

<li>Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM</li>
<li>Some Fridays with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule</li>
<li>Total of approximately 222 hours over the contract duration</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners</li>
<li>Provide prehensive information and counseling to patients regarding medication use</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient care in a specialty pharmacy setting</li>
</ul>
Desired Qualifications:

<li>Active Indiana Pharmacist license</li>

Job Summary:
Zax Creamery is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Evening Team Lead to oversee our evening operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, ice cream, and coffee, coupled with a knack for leadership and team management. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our evening shift runs smoothly, providing an exceptional experience for each customer while maintaining the high standards of our brand.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership &amp; Management:

<li>Supervise, train, and motivate evening shift staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company policies.</li>
<li>Schedule staff according to business needs, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.</li>
<li>Manage daily operations, including opening or closing duties when necessary.</li>
</ul>
 
Customer Service:
<ul>
<li>Ensure all customers receive outstanding service by providing a warm, welcoming environment.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.</li>
</ul>
 
Product Quality &amp; Inventory:

<li>Oversee the preparation and quality of ice cream and coffee products.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and place orders for supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure all products are stored, prepared, and served according to health and safety regulations.</li>

Financial Management:

<li>Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate cash handling.</li>
<li>Conduct nightly cash outs, reconcile sales, and prepare reports for management.</li>
</ul>
 
Cleanliness &amp; Maintenance:
<ul>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers, adhering to health and safety standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate minor maintenance tasks or report significant issues to the management.</li>
</ul>
 
Team Development:
<ul>
<li>Foster a positive work environment and team spirit.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.</li>

<li>Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures.</li>
