Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
An opportunity exists for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a K-12 school setting in Gardner, MA. This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week during the school year, focusing on supporting students communication needs in an onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12</li>
<li>Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and professional development activities</li>
<li>Provide teletherapy services as needed, supporting a flexible and comprehensive approach to intervention</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License</li>
<li>Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings</li>
<li>Ability to deliver services via teletherapy is an asset</li>
<li>Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills in a school environment</li>
