About the Role:

Currently, we are seeking FT, PT, and PRN Direct Service Workers (DSWs) to play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized support to our clients in the Greater New Orleans, Saint John the Baptist, and the Greater Saint Tammany Parish. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life of clients by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. The DSW will help build trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver a comprehensive care plan. Minimum Qualifications:
