We are looking for a Maintenance Manager in Jerome, ID.

<li>Monitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment; reordering when necessary.</li>

<li>Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment.</li>

Position Summary

Essential Job Functions
<ul>
<li>Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and act as a role model for the pharmacy team; appropriately handle customer complaints and direct workflow to reduce customer wait times</li>
<li>Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the sales plan and other sales initiatives as developed by the division pharmacy department</li>
<li>Perform all the duties required and expected of a registered pharmacist in the state of employment and responsible for following all legal and company requirements</li>
<li>Direct the pharmacy team to achieve warehouse utilization goals, avoid unnecessary overstock, reduce the number of fill on-arrival prescriptions, and ensure that all staff members are trained, aware of and follow proper ordering and inventory record keeping procedures</li>
<li>Comply with all corporate mandated controlled substance operating procedures</li>
<li>Monitor third-party or insurance profitability; handle third-party problems, rejections, and audits in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Schedule all pharmacy staff members in a manner to help control or avoid unnecessary labor costs</li>
<li>Maintain all pharmacy records required by state and federal laws and company policies</li>
<li>Direct pharmacy to meet budgeted labor, volume, inventory and sales goals</li>
<li>Perform effective detailing visiting local physicians and other community targets</li>
<li>Promote, implement, and participate in public health initiatives and disease state management services</li>
<li>Travel independently as needed to support business needs</li>
<li>Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide direct feedback to direct reports</li>

Minimum Position Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or recognition as a Foreign Pharmacist Equivalent graduate from the Board of Pharmacy</li>
<li>2+ years related retail experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Minimum 21 years of age</li>
<li>License must be in good standing</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents</li>
<li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence</li>
<li>Commitment to providing excellent customer service</li>
<li>Ability to preserve confidentiality of information</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to continue education as necessary</li>
<li>Participation in clinical programs following company sponsored training</li>

Job Description:

<li>Administer immunizations to customers following Kroger standing orders and procedures</li>
<li>Successfully complete clinical services according to relevant case load</li>
<li>Dispense medications to customers pursuant to prescriptions and, following laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and ethical standards.</li>
<li>Compound medications, using standard formulas and processes, such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.</li>
<li>Review prescriptions issued by prescribers to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed.</li>
<li>Verify new medication against existing medication and patient profile to ensure that there are no-drug or drug disease interactions prior to filling prescription.</li>
<li>Verify the work of the Pharmacy Technicians and Interns, including accuracy of all prescriptions assembled.</li>
<li>Support special promotions in consultation with the Pharmacy Manager.</li>
<li>Engage the pharmacy team to hold appropriate day supply. Follow protocols on recalls</li>
<li>Stay current with present, future, seasonal and special ads.</li>
<li>Follow all state and federal laws regarding annual department and personal licensing application/renewal.</li>
<li>Maintain established procedures for quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.</li>
<li>Work to prevent and report robbery, theft or fraud.</li>
<li>Support preventative maintenance by proper inspection and repair of equipment.</li>
<li>Reinforce safety programs by complying with safety procedures and identify or correcting unsafe conditions.</li>
<li>Promptly report all customer or employee accidents to management.</li>
<li>Adjust personal schedule to staff your business unit's open shifts when necessary</li>
<li>Communicate on-going store special programs.</li>
<li>Communicate information with department members that impact the department or job functions.</li>
<li>Comply with the provisions and agreements set forth in company policies and the union contract(s).</li>
<li>Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal laws and guidelines, including HIPAA Fraud, Waste and Abuse (Medicare), and DEA Procedures.</li>
