Golden Touch ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for clients and their families through effective behavioral interventions and compassionate, collaborative care.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li> Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.</li>
<li> Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.</li>
<li> Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.</li>
<li> Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.</li>
<li> Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li> Must be 18 Years or older.</li>
<li> Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li> Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus.</li>
<li> Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</li>
<li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li> Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.</li>
<li> Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.</li>

Syracuse, Clearfield, Clinton, or West Point
The responsibilities, skills, knowledge and qualifications in this job description are representative of those which the County Commission may consider as they select Board Members, and which Board Members may expect as they consider appointment. The responsibilities are also representative of the expectations which the County Commission has for determining that a Board Member is performing his or her duties at a satisfactory level.
 Responsibilities--individually and as a volunteer member of the Board:
<ol>
<li>Approves and adopts written policies to govern library operation and use; assists in interpreting library policies to the public.</li>
<li>Adopts goals and objectives for the library and reviews progress in achieving them.</li>
<li>Adopts by-laws for Board procedures and conducts business in accordance with them. Attends and participates in Board meetings on a consistent basis.</li>
<li>Reviews reports, solicits information, and obtains feedback from the community regarding library operations; utilizes library personally as a means of evaluating services.</li>
<li>Examines and makes recommendations on draft budget requests; certifies annual budget to send to County Commission for consideration.</li>
<li>Monitors financial operations of library; reviews expenditures in accordance with the approved budget; requests budget changes as necessary.</li>
<li>Attends public functions, such a budget hearings, as needed to answer questions about library administration and operations, to supply facts, and to explain and interpret policies, finances and plans.</li>
<li>Appoints a competent library director in conformity with state laws and County personnel policies.</li>
<li>Seeks cooperation with Davis County officials, including those serving in the State Legislature, and works with them to advance the interest of the Davis County Library and the general environment for libraries in the state.</li>
<li>Attends and participates knowledgeably in all Board meetings and decisions and assures conformity to legal responsibilities of public bodies.</li>
<li>Follows appropriate procedures and laws for budgeting, contracting, hiring, auditing, etc., and avoids conflict of interest situations.</li>
<li>Works with the Library Director to accomplish library goals and implement policies and oversee library operations.</li>
</ol>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Resident of Davis County Library taxing area.</li>
<li>Involved in Davis County community, civic or educational activities.</li>
<li>Willing to participate in board activities at least four hours per month for four years.</li>
<li>Willing to serve without compensation.</li>
<li>Willing to improve knowledge of issues related to duties as a member of the Board.</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of library operations from a user's point of view.</li>
<li>Knowledge of budgeting and finance.</li>
<li>Ability to engage in planning processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local laws related to library operations.</li>

<li>Ability to participate effectively in public deliberations, and to speak effectively as a representative of the Board.</li>
