Qualifications/Requirements

<li>Demonstrated understanding of application development, testing, and troubleshooting. </li>
<li>Experience designing and implementing data-driven web applications. </li>
<li>Experience conducting development-level testing, debugging, and validation. </li>
<li>Ability to support system demonstrations, user training, and documentation. </li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Ability to work with client SMEs, stakeholders, and technical teams to define requirements and implement solutions. </li>
<li>The primary place of performance will be at client facilities in the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA)/ National Capital Region (NCR).</li>

The Warehouse Technician performs various functions such as, the movement of finished products, raw materials and packaging throughout the facility and onto transport vehicles. The Warehouse Technician responsibilities are to store, scan, pick and pack orders according to customer and company standards. The goal is to work effectively, efficiently and at peak performance at all times.
 
Warehouse Technician responsibilities and skills are:

<li>Report for assigned shift in a timely manner, in appropriate attire.</li>
<li>Adherence to Garner Foods policies, FDA, GMP, SQF, HACCP and other applicable regulations.</li>
<li>Operate forklift and other equipment in a safe, efficient, and productive manner according to Garner Foods and customer specifications.</li>
<li>Pick and package orders according to customer specifications.</li>
<li>Safely load/unload/breakdown/distribute products according to load plan.</li>
<li>Complete required documentation including shipping and receiving logs. </li>
<li>Validate product information is correct, and check/report any defects.</li>
<li>Use computer system to enter information, print paperwork, access orders, read and understand customer specifications.</li>
<li>Keep workplace neat, clean and sanitary in accordance with established policies.</li>
<li>Pick, package and handle finished and unfinished product (also according to customer specifications), with accuracy in weights, diameters and other measurements, labeling, pallet specifications, shrink wrapping, banding, etc.</li>
<li>Assure all quality checks have been performed, and product meets all customer specifications.</li>
<li>Rotate stock, as necessary.</li>
<li>Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory.</li>
<li>Keep workplace neat, clean and sanitary in accordance with company policies.</li>
<li>Follow all established safety rules and report deficiencies, if applicable.</li>

Requirements:
Warehouse Technician requirements are:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Prior manufacturing experience, Food and or beverage industry preferred.</li>
<li>Prior forklift certification, preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience using scanning equipment, preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, SQF, HACCP regulations and requirement, preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work in wet non-climate-controlled environment.</li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety, customers, quality, and productivity is required.</li>
<li>Ability to stand/walk/bend/kneel /crouch/climb (when necessary) for duration of shift assigned.</li>
<li>Able to read, write, and follow verbal/written procedures, including computer based.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail skills.</li>
<li>Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds. </li>
<li>Ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, if necessary.</li>

JOB SUMMARY
Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Serve food and beverage items. Clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas. Retrieve all reusable food items and place them on a separate queen, as provided.</li>
<li>Ensure service corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner. Be responsible for handling of all equipment and linens. Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately.</li>

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel:
